Ursula 'Uschi' Karnat (born March 3, 1952 in Castrop-Rauxel, pseudonym Sandra Nova) is a German actress and porn actress.After training as a beautician, Uschi Karnat appeared in 1971 for the first time in Jürgen Roland's semi-documentary film St. Pauli Report before the camera.
