Mr Drysdale wants Jed to buy a yacht & join the Yacht club. Jethro sees Mr Drysdale's captains hat & goes out to find a something similar for Jed. He returns with an Admirals uniform.! The clampetts agree to meet Mr Drysdale & Miss Jane at the Dock but get lost & end up at a navy base. They see a Navy vessel & think it's a yacht. When Jed walks up the Gangway in his admirals uniform the sailors think it's a surprise inspection. After a 'test drive' Jed decides to pass on buying the 'boat'.Note: This is the first episode filmed and aired in color.
