Tai Cheng is an incredibly effective total - body fitness program that offers both immediate and long-term benefits through learning the slow and graceful movements of Tai Chi. Each move helps strengthen areas of weakness, tone muscles, and expand range of motion while also helping increase flexibility, improve balance, and reduce stiffness.
