The Old Library, Guildhall, London, is host to seven countries who are in contention for the Mastermind International title for 1980.The contenders' occupations are as varied as their specialist subjects: a teacher, proof-reader, chemical engineer, retired airline captain, student, conservationist and a research assistant.
